The first leg of the training on "Behavioural Training on Passport Verification", which concluded today, had 25 participants who were trained to extend a professional approach to applicants during passport verification, an official said.
The training covered areas like basic etiquettes, professional behaviour, personal effectiveness, and ethical behaviour, he said.
Delhi Police has also planned to train a total of 150 enquiry officers for the passport verification process, he said.
