"I have got two sons and they are seven and five and I believe that the most difficult thing in this world is to be a working mother. Being a working mother doesn't give you a chance to be lazy," she told PTI.
Sussanne, 34, was in the capital to launch 'Lewis Berger Design Stories' with her interior designing brand The Charcoal Project. The designer said she believed in prioritising between work and family.
"I want to work because I am too passionate about what I do. As long as my children and husband don't feel neglected, I do the balancing," Sussanne said.
"I think it's very important to be the person you are and be comfortable in what you are doing. A working person with that thought will never feel high handed or egoistic about who they are married to and even my husband thinks the same way," she added.
