Bengal Govt transfers 4 IAS officers in a reshuffle

West Bengal government today transferred four IAS officers in a minor reshuffle.
According to a government order, IAS Prabhat Kumar Mishra posted as secretary of water resources investigation and development department, would now also hold the charge of secretary in the fisheries department in addition to his normal duties.
Subrata Biswas, presently posted as principal secretary of co-operation department, would now be the principal secretary of planning department in place of IAS Anoop Kumar Agarwal.
Principal secretary of Sundarban Affairs department M V Rao has been asked to take additional charge of cooperation department, the order said.
Statistics and Programme Implementation department principal secretary Dr R K Vats has now been made the principal resident commissioner in New Delhi.
In Dr Vats' place, IAS Anoop Kr Agarwal has been sent.
