Bengal, who topped Group E with an all-win record, defeated Madhya Pradesh 46-29 in the play-off and then tamed Maharashtra 22-11 in the second play-off to return to the upper pool of elite eight teams.
Haryana, who topped Group D, won against Karnataka 27-22 and downed J&K 39-25 to enter the quarterfinal line-up.
Bengal will take on Railways; Delhi will play Punjab, Jharkhand will clash with Chhattisgarh and Services will cross swords with Haryana in the quarterfinal knockout stage tomorrow.
Bengal, who last entered the quarterfinals in 2010, was well served by Sohail Akhtar (7 goals), Sandip Badan (5) and S K Singh (4) against Madhya Pradesh.
