Bengal minister admitted in Kolkata hospital
Press Trust of India Kolkata West Bengal panchayat minister Subrata Mukherjee was today shifted to a private hospital in Kolkata from Darjeeling after he suffered breathing difficulties while he was accompanying Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee during her north Bengal visit.
Belle Vue clinic's CEO Dr P Tandon said the minister was now being taken care of in the hospital as he had complained of breathing related problems.
Mukherjee was put under medical observation at the Darjeeling district hospital yesterday from where he was brought back to the city today.
