Speaking about the packages, Tourism Minister Bratya Basu said the entire Puja Parikrama has been split into two segments - pujas in Kolkata and in districts and duration of these packages will be about five to eight hours, costing between Rs 700 to Rs 1,500 per head, while some packages with extended duration and even night-stay are also on offer.
The WBTDC has arranged about seven tour packages in Kolkata and five packages in the districts, he said.
Apart from these, one night and two days packages for Kolkata and the districts will cost around Rs 4,000 and Rs 3,000 respectively per head, WBTDC sources said.
Under Uttara, the tour will cover Durga Pujas at Md Ali Park, College Square, Bagbazar Sarbojanin, Kumartuly Park, Ahiritola, Pathuriaghata, Pancher Pally, Kasi Bose Lane, Telengabagan, Maniktala Chalta Bagan and Rammohan Smriti Sangha from 9 AM to 3.30 PM on October 1, 2 and 3.

A special one night and two days package to tour the Durga Pujas of Kolkata has also been arranged on October 1 costing Rs 3,995 per head. The night stay will be at Salt Lake tourist lodge, WBTDC officials said.
Another package, which includes visit to Durga Pujas in the districts on October 1, 2 and 3, will cover travels to Hooghly, Bardhaman and Murshidabad districts, they said.
For those who want to enjoy the Pujas on river cruise, there will be options from September 30 to October 3, both in the morning and in the afternoon.
On October 4, the department will organise a river cruise to watch the immersion ceremony, Basu added.
