The Chief Minister was speaking as the chief guest during the 28th annual function and 'Yajurved Parayan Mahayagya Samapan Evam Shilanyas Samaroh' of Gurjar Kanya Gurukul Sansthan in Deodhar in Yamunanagar district today.
Apart from this, the Chief Minister also launched the 'Pravesh' programme for visitors and tourists in Kalesar National Park and flagged off the convoy of four vehicles deployed in the programme.

With a view to encourage the Sansthan's efforts to promote women's education since 1984, Khattar announced to give a sum of Rs one crore from his fund, of which Rs 50 lakh would be made available during this financial year and the rest would be made available during the next financial year.
Presiding over the function, Haryana Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kanwar Pal announced to give a sum of Rs 11 lakh to the Gurjar Kanya Gurukul Sansthan from his fund for the promotion of education.
While speaking as the Chief Guest during the 'Shashtipoorti Mahotsav' organised on the occasion of completion of 60 years of the Saraswati Shikshan Sansthan, the Chief Minister said that the quality-oriented education should be imparted to children, which would instill the feeling of patriotism in them.
He also announced to give a sum of Rs 21 lakh to the Shikshan Sansthan.
The Chief Minister later gave away degrees to about 600 students of Guru Nanak Girls College, Santpur.
