Tickets, which go on sale this Friday, are expected to sell out just days after all seats to her UK tour were snapped up within minutes, reported The Telegraph.
The 31-year-old mother of one will perform at the festival staged at Hylands Park in Chelmsford, and Weston Park in Staffordshire, over the weekend of August 17 and 18.
She will be joined by Olympic opening ceremony singer and double Brit-winner Emeli Sande as well as band Kings Of Leon.
"Brace yourselves for the high priestess of pop, Beyonce, who will be bringing her high octane performance and outstanding voice to headline V Festival's Virgin Media stage. This will be her one and only European festival appearance this year," festival director Simon Moran said.
"With our line-up already boasting acts including Beyonce, Kings Of Leon and Emeli Sande, the 18th annual V Festival is once again set to be an unmissable weekend.
