'Bhaag Milkha Bhaag' leads technical award category at IIFA

'Bhaag Milkha Bhaag' has won nine awards in technical categories at the International Indian Film Academy awards(IIFA) announced here today.
This year's IIFA Weekend celebrations are slated for the last weekend of April from 23 to 26 in Tampa Bay, which would also be its debut in the United States.
'Bhaag Milkha Bhaag' won nine awards in the technical category for best cinematography (Binod Pradhan), screenplay (Prasoon Joshi), dialogue (Prasoon Joshi), editing (P S Bharti), sound design (Nakul Kamte), sound mixing (Pranav Shukla), background score (Shankar-Ehsaan- Loy), costume design (Dolly Ahluwalia), and make-up (Vikram Gaikwad).
Hrithik Roshan's superhero flick 'Krrish 3' won awards for best action (Sham Kaushal and Tony Ching Siu Tung) and special effects visuals (Keitan Yadav and Haresh Hingorani of Red Chillies VFX).
Rohit Shetty-Shah Rukh Khan's film 'Chennai Express' won awards for best song recording (Vinod Verma for 'Lungi Dance') and sound mixing (Anup Dev) along with 'Bhaag Milkha Bhaag'.
Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela won the production design (Wasiq Khan) and Remo D'Souza won the best choreography for his work in 'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani'.
The technical award winners and the popular award nominations were derived from the IIFA voting weekend which took place earlier this month.
