Earlier this morning, the prosecution, represented by CBI counsel Ashok Joshi, produced a list of evidences comprising 303 witnesses and 315 documents before the court.
"After our rebuttal today, now the entire matter is clear before the court, which has to now study the evidences, we provided in response to the objections of the defence and has to frame the charges on the accused accordingly," Joshi said.
He said that the court will frame the charges on the accused on October 4.
All the accused except Mahipal Maderna and Malkhan Singh Bishnoi were present in the court.
It may be recalled that Maderna is currently lodged in Jodhpur jail whereas Bishnoi is not appearing in the court on health grounds.
