Bhushan Steel's net loss widens to Rs 360.77 cr in Jan-Mar qtr

Bhushan Steel today posted a standalone net loss of Rs 360.77 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2015.
The city-based firm has posted a net loss of Rs 19.57 crore in the year-ago period, it said in a BSE filing.
Standalone net sales of the firm fell by 4 per cent to Rs 2,419.91 crore in January-March quarter of last fiscal from Rs 2,510.32 crore in the same quarter of 2013-14.
For the entire 2014-15 fiscal, Bhushan Steel's standalone net loss stood at Rs 1,253.83 crore against a net profit of Rs 61.96 crore in 2013-14.
Standalone net sales, however, rose by 10 per cent to Rs 10,645.77 crore from Rs 9,675.83 crore during the same period.

Shares of the company today fell by 0.94 per cent to settle at Rs 57.95 apiece at the BSE.
