The 'Baby' hitmaker got furious after a photographer rear-ended his red Ferrari, reported Hollywood life.
Though there were no injuries, Bieber vented out his anger against the media person on Twitter.
"There should be laws against what I just experienced. We should have learnt from the death of Princess of Wales, Diana. I don't have a problem with Paparazzi but when they act recklessly they put us all in danger," he tweeted.
