The three were allegedly found with women in a hotel in Nepal during a police raid. They were later released.
The three officers -- Hari Niwas Gupta, Jitendra Nath Singh and Komal Ram -- have been dismissed from the service in accordance with Article 311 (2) of the Constitution and provisions of Bihar service code, 2005, Principal Secretary Cabinet Coordination Department Brajesh Mehrotra told reporters.
The decision to dismiss the three judicial officers was taken at a Cabinet meeting presided over by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
A full court meeting had deliberated on the recommendations of a court panel on February 5 for dismissal of the three officers for 'immoral activities'.
While one is an additional district and sessions judge, another is a principal judge of a family court and the third a sub-judge.
