State Youth Congress leaders Rohit Paswan, NSUI leader Lareb Ahmed Niyazi, besides State Women's Congress vice president Jaya Laxmi and General Secretary Hemlata, also spoke.
A lot of sweets and books containing the history of independence were distributed among the children on the occasion.
