In a petition to the Governor, who is also the chancellor of state varsities, Bihar YC president Lalan Kumar alleged largescale irregularities had taken place in conduct of the exam.
Hundreds of text booklets were found thrown out of the examination centres and use of unfair means during the exams could not be ruled out, he alleged.
Even negative marking was not done during checking of the answer sheets, a practice which is in gross violation of the settled norms, he said.
