Following the recent admission regarding his sexual abuse case, Cosby, 77, has been dumped by his talent agency CAA and his statue at Disney's park has been removed, reported Ace Showbiz.
The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce president and CEO Leron Gubler said in a statement, "The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce has received enquiries asking whether we are planning to remove the stars of Donald Trump and Bill Cosby. The answer is no.
"The Hollywood Walk of Fame is a registered historic landmark. Once a star has been added to the Walk, it is considered a part of the historic fabric of the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Because of this, we have never removed a star from the Walk," Leron said.
Following the recent revelation of court records in which Cosby admitted to giving drugs to young women for the purpose of sex, a petition titled "Revoke the Presidential Medal of Freedom from Bill Cosby" has popped up on White House's website, pleading to revoke the comedian's Presidential Medal of Freedom.
When asked about the petition, White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest said, "I don't know whether or not it's legally possible to do so.
