The Michael Keaton-starrer film recently won the best picture award at the Producer Guild of America Awards. It is tied with 'The Grand Budapest Hotel' at the upcoming 87th Oscars in the highest number of nominations with nine, including best picture.
Another Golden-Globe awardee, Eddie Redmayne bagged the trophy for outstanding performance by a male actor in a leading role for portraying the physicist Hawking in film 'The Theory of Everything'.
J K Simmons won the award for outstanding performance by a male actor in a supporting role for 'Whiplash', while actress Patricia Arquette bagged the trophy for outstanding performance by a female actor in a supporting role for 'Boyhood'.
