Bizman's son kidnapped, abductors demand Rs 10 lakh ransom

A five-year-old son of a businessman was allegedly abducted from a mall in Chhattisgarh's Bilaspur district, police said today.
Hari Agrahari, a native of Devri Khurd region, suddenly found his son Shlok missing from the 'City 36' mall when they were sitting in a restaurant there last night, Bilaspur Superintendent of Police B N Meena said.
The victim's family had gone to the mall for an outing when the incident took place, he said.
After not being able to find the boy in the mall, his family informed the police.
Later, the kidnappers called up the boy's parents asking for a ransom of Rs 10 lakh following which police teams were dispatched to several parts of the city to trace the culprits, he said.

The kidnappers have not been traced so far, the SP said, adding that interrogation of a few suspects was on.
A case has been registered in this regard, he said.
The CCTV footage of the mall was being checked and efforts were on to find out the location of the kidnappers, he added.
