The ruckus started when Prem Kumar and Tarkeshwar Prasad of BJP moved an adjournment motion over the problems being faced by employees of unaided educational institutions, contractual teachers and statistical assistants employed by the state government, but the Speaker disallowed it.
Following this, BJP MLAs trooped to the well of the House, waiving placards and raising slogans.
They said lakhs of people working on contract, and in unaided schools and colleges, were facing huge problems and the government should discuss it threadbare in the Assembly.
Parliamentary Affairs Minister Shrawan Kumar told the Speaker that BJP was not following rules related to transaction of business in the Assembly.

The opposition's sole aim is to make a show of agitation and create trouble, Kumar said, but was hooted out by the BJP MLAs.
Chaudhary allowed the business of the House to go on for a few minutes, but seeing the unrelenting stand of BJP members, adjourned the House till the post-lunch session.
He alleged that Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is deliberately refusing to solve their problems as they had shown black flags to him at various places during his tours across the state.
