Hariprasad, who was here to attend a three-day meeting of Madhya Pradesh Congress, claimed that there were a lot of irregularities in coal block allocations in these two (BJP-ruled) states.
"If CBI inquiry is held, they would find themselves in jail," the Congress leader said.
To a question, he said the Congress MLAs, in consultation with the high command, would decide about the Chief Minister if the party wins next year's Assembly elections in Madhya Pradesh.
