BJP expresses concern over Amarnath yatra preparations

"There is a lack of planning on the part of the state government for the Amarnath yatra and we will not tolerate any problem caused by the pilgrims during the religious trip," J-K BJP Chief spokesperson Jitendra Singh told reporters here.

Shri Amarnath Shrine Board has said no unregistered pilgrims would be allowed to move to Amarnath cave shrine in South Kashmir.

No pilgrim or person would be allowed to move to Amarnath before the start of yatra on June 25.

Jammu, May 16 (PTI) Expressing concern over arrangements made by the Jammu and Kashmir government for the annual Amarnath Yatra, the BJP today warned of strong protest if the pilgrims face any problems during the religious voyage.

"There is a lack of planning on the part of the state government for the Amarnath yatra and we will not tolerate any problem caused by the pilgrims during the religious trip," J-K BJP Chief spokesperson Jitendra Singh told reporters here.
