"BJP government in Himachal is trying to take credit of schemes sponsored and funded by the UPA government by changing their names, which is highly objectionable and immoral," he said while talking to reporters here.
He claimed the BJP government had issued advertisements taking credit for schemes which were envisioned and funded by the Centre for all the states in the country.
The party was telling a "white lie" to misguide the people on the eve of Assembly polls, he claimed.
"The Centre provided funds under NRHM for 112 ambulances, which are since operational in the state. An additional 32 new ambulances have been sanctioned for the state in 2012-13 and Rs 14.22 crore has been sanctioned to purchase new ambulances and also for meeting the operational cost of 112 ambulances," he said.
The BJP government had renamed this centrally sponsored ambulance scheme as Atal Swasthya Sewa -108, he claimed.
He said, "The central government had released Rs 767 crore to Himachal in past seven years under the National Rural Health Mission started by UPA government in 2005."
