The party also said that it would not join issue which is not relevant with any other political party during campaigning in the state and claimed it will get a clear majority going by the response to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's rallies.
"We are are not joining issue which is not relevant with any political party in Maharashtra. We are going to the people with a positive campaign and telling them on what alternatives we are giving them. We are also highlighting the wrongs of the Congress-NCP rule.
He said the Prime Minister's rallies were getting unprecedented support from the public.
Javadekar claimed Congress and NCP put will up the worst-ever tally. "Congress and NCP will get the worst tally. This time both Congress and NCP put together will get less than 80 seats," he said. The Maharashtra Assembly has a total of 288 seats.

The minister, who hails from Maharashtra, said the party would have wished the alliance with Shiv Sena to continue and felt that had Balasaheb Thackeray been alive now, the alliance would have stayed.
Asked to clarify the party's stand on Vidarbha issue, he said BJP's position remains the same. "There is no change in BJP's stand. This is not an issue like Andhra Pradesh and Telangana," he said.
