"BJP has double standards as they attempt to mislead people by narrating false tales. We are surprised over the ignorance of BJP and its leadership about the ground realities in Jammu and Kashmir," Omar, the working president of National Conference, said.
Omar expressed his views while addressing an election rally here in Samba district in favour of party candidate Surjit Singh Slathia.
The misleading statement of BJP leadership about the tourist traffic in J-K and promising that it would ask Bollywood to resume shooting of films in the Valley, depicts the total lack of knowledge of the BJP about the ground situation in the state, Omar said.
He said that BJP should also know that Bollywood film companies are already busy in the Valley for shooting films and this process is going on since last five years.
