"The value of the BJP-led government in Goa has been decreasing every passing day due to rampant corruption. The people who gave mandate to BJP are feeling cheated due to the governance in last four years," state unit Congress spokesman Durgadas Kamat said on the occasion of the BJP completing four years at helm after wresting power from Congress.
After winning the polls on March 9, 2012, Manohar Parrikar became the Chief minister of the coastal state and Laxmikant Parsekar succeeded him after the former's elevation as Defence Minister in November, 2014.
The Congress leader alleged that present government under Parsekar is being remote-controlled by Parrikar from Delhi.
"Chief Minister Laxmikant Parsekar has no control over the government as Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar is running it with the remote control from Delhi," he said.

Kamat said the government has been taking frequent U-turns on various promises it had made to people, throwing the state into disarray.
"Parsekar who is a teacher by profession was looked up with high hopes by people but he has also failed to deliver," Kamat said.
Parsekar had yesterday told PTI that he wanted to give the same decisive mandate, which was won by the BJP under Parrikar in 2012, in forthcoming election.
