The delegation led by Lok Sabha member and former Uttarakhand chief minister, Bhagat Singh Koshyari, is currently on a six-day tour of China on the invitation of Communist Party of China (CPC) to study its internal party structure, political functioning and its role in establishing a welfare society.
The interaction at the CPC school in Guangzhou focused on reform process initiated by the party that transformed China into a leading manufacturing hub of the world, Kamarsu Balasubrahmanyam, Parliamentary Office Secretary of the party told PTI here.
Earlier the delegation interacted with the Indian Consulate General of Guangzhou K Nagaraj Naidu.
The delegation will arrive here tomorrow and is scheduled to interact with senior officials of the CPC.

Before coming to China, the delegation met External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj who said that the purpose of the visit is to support the ongoing efforts to remove minor irritants in political, economic and geographical areas.
The delegation's brief is also to impress upon Chinese leaders about the positive steps initiated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi's government in establishing cordial relations with all neighbouring countries and particularly with China, Balasubrahmanyam said.
Modi paid a number of visits to China as chief minister of Gujarat to study the Chinese system of development as well as to scout for investment.
Besides Koshyari, the delegation included, MPs Tarun Vijay, Priyanka Singh Rawat, Bhola Singh, and Kamakhya Prasad Tasa.
The other members of the delegation are MLAs Viswanath Patil and Vishweshwar Anant Hegde from Karnataka, Vinod Narain Jha and Baidyanath Prasad from Bihar, Aseem Goel from Haryana, Virender Kanwar from Himachal Pradesh, and Salil Kumar Vishnoi from UP.
