BJP MP targets Delhi CM in LS

BJP member Ramesh Bidhuri today targeted Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the Lok Sabha, alleging that he was not doing his duty with regard to improving the condition of Delhi Fire Service even as so many fire incidents are taking place in the capital.
Bidhuri, an MP from Delhi, said Lt Governor should intervene in the matter.
Citing the recent incident of fire in FICCI building, he said Delhi is sitting on the fire ball and the Chief Minister is not performing his duty performing.
CAG too in its report has pulled up the Delhi Fire Service, which is under the state government, Bidhuri said.
He said "several posts are vacant (in the Fire Service) and the government is not filling those".
He also wanted fire security check of buildings.
Last month a massive fire gutted out the National Museum of Natural History here.
