BJP seeks action against AAP Min

Delhi BJP today wrote to President, demanding action against Delhi Health Minister over "reconstitution of Delhi Medical Council"
BJP Legislature Party Leader Vijender Gupta said, "Reconstitution of Delhi Medical Council by Delhi Health Minister Satender Jain is malafide and "smacks of political corruption".
Gupta said Jain has "unduly" interfered in the matter of nomination of four members to the DMC. After the completion minor of through process between October 22 to December 2, 2014, the names of four members were decided and file for their nomination was sent to the Lt. Governor on January 7, 2015.
After obtaining clearance from the Election Commission the nominations were notified.

In meanwhile, AAP won the elections and with undue haste they interfered in the matter of nominations to DMC and stayed the nomination made during the President rule.
"The Delhi Health Minister has now nominated four members one of whom is his close friend who has been implicated and jailed in a serious matter," he alleged.
Gupta has written to President Pranab Mukherjee demanding that the list issued by Delhi Health Minister Satendra Jain be stalled, a thorough enquiry into the matter be ordered and "stern action" should be taken against him.
