Soon after the Speaker assumed his chair, BJP members led by the Leader of Opposition Ajay Bhatt rose from their seats shouting anti-government slogans and demanding a CBI probe into the SIDCUL land scam.
Accusing the government from shying away from a probe as it was aware of the scam in SIDCUL, BJP MLAs said they want nothing less than a CBI probe into the land transactions, which they alleged were done to benefit the land mafia and real estate firms.
