Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh flagged off the BJP's 'Parivartan Rath' at Nayagaon about 40 km from Chapra which was attended among others by former deputy chief minister Sushil Kumar Modi, HAM (Secular) Leader Narendra Singh, besides a host of NDA MPs and legislators.
Speaking on the occasion, Singh exuded confidence about the NDA's certain victory at the hustings in Bihar claiming that the people have made up their mind for change of guard to usher in development and good governance.
Centre...I can see an imminent change of guard in Bihar as you have made up mind for change," he said exhorting the crowd.
Promising all round development in Bihar in the event of the BJP-led coalition coming to power in the assembly polls, the Union Home Minister slammed RJD supremo Lalu Prasad and senior JD(U) leader Nitish Kumar for their "failure" to cater to aspirations of the people during their long rules.

Singh urged the people to guard against falling in the trap being set up Lalu-Nitish combine to hoodwink them into giving another term on promise of development and said that the two secular alliance leaders were "lying" given their track record of "non-performance" despite long period of rule in Bihar.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that only the BJP-led NDA has vision and agenda to usher in all round development, particularly that of farm sector given the fact that agriculture happened to be the primary economic activity.
"Our colleague and Union Agriculture Minister Radha Mohan Singh has been doing a fine job to alleviate the condition of farmers and I don't see any reason as to why the farm sector can not be turned around for good," he said.
