He expressed his views while addressing series of public meetings at Kalri, Karwanda, Bhalwal and Kanger areas in connection with the ongoing 'Parivartan Yatra' of the party.
"BJP is going to script new chapter in political history of Jammu and Kashmir after Assembly elections," Bhagat said.
He sought support of every section of the society for the upcoming Assembly polls.
"We seek support of every section of the society to bring positive change in Jammu and Kashmir where corruption and nepotism has sneaked deep from top to bottom," he alleged.

"Since 1947, Jammu and Ladakh regions are forced to play the role of second fiddle in the state politics but with the emergence of BJP the scenario would be changed," he said.
Exhorting youths to participate in the ongoing 'Parivartan Yatra' in Jammu and Kashmir, Bhagat asked them to throw out the present regime in the state.
He charged that large backdoor appointments were being made during the last six-year tenure of the Omar Abdullah government and the youths are the worst victims of the wrong policies being propagated by the state government.
