The BJP chief said his party would win in four of the five states where Assembly elections are underway as "people of this nation think and find that only BJP can assure "sushashan" (good governance)".
"The country needs a change right now," Singh said and appealed to the people to vote in favour of the party to oust the Congress from power in states and at the Centre.
Inflation is the biggest crisis the people have been facing during the Congress rule, and despite all efforts it was not being controlled by the UPA government, Singh told a press conference after releasing party's "Suraj Sankalp Patra" (poll manifesto) for the December 1 Rajasthan Assembly polls.
On the internal and external securities, all kinds of terror activities like Naxalism, terrorism, and communal riots were rampant, he said, adding that the UPA government has no "comprehensive action plan" to curb these incidents.
It appeared that the UPA government has no "diplomatic skills" to deal with neighbouring countries, Pakistan and China, he said, adding the foreign relations were really bitter than ever.
