After a demonstration at Rajouri, 70 party workers courted arrest and were later released in the evening, BJP state secretary Vibodh Gupta said in a statement here.
BJP has demanded immediate removal of Minister of State Shabir Khan allegedly involved in the financial irregularities in the department, he said.
