On the eve of the fourth anniversary of UPA-II, state unit of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) today held protests in Jammu against scams and corruption of the coalition.
Led by its state president Ravinder Raina, BJYM activists took out a procession from the party headquarters raising slogans against Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Congress president Sonia Gandhi, demonstrated against UPA-II at Kachi Chawani area of the city and burnt its effigy.
"UPA-II is the most corrupt government in the history of independent India," Raina said while addressing the protesters.
Congress-led UPA government destroyed the nation by plundering its wealth through an unending saga of scams, he said adding that ministers in UPA government and their family members are involved neck-deep in corruption.
Raina said the youth of the nation would never forgive Congress and the allies of UPA government and would throw it out of power in the next general election.
