Blast in illegal firecracker factory, no casualty

An explosion took place in an illegal firecracker factory in Bhadreshwar area of Hooghly district today, police said.
However, no casualty was reported.
The roof of the factory, located in Telenipara locality, was blown away due to the blast.
It was not immediately clear how the explosion occurred.
The owner of the illegal factory was at large, police said.
