Blast targets bus in downtown Kabul during rush hour: police

A powerful explosion struck a bus in downtown Kabul during rush hour today, sending smoke rising in the sky, police said.
Interior ministry spokesman Sediq Sediqqi confirmed the blast but could not immediately offer any details.
