Inaugurating a blood donation camp here, organised on the occasion of National Voluntary Blood Donation Day, he said, donating blood is the "biggest donation" a person can make, as it can save a life.
"Irrespective of a person's religion, caste and creed or whether he or she is rich or poor. Blood of all people is similar and there is no discrimination," Naik said.
The Governor also termed the alleged manipulation of blood by blood banks as a "cardinal sin" and asked them to maintain it properly.
