BMC removes encroachments from road

The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) officials today said they have removed encroachments from a road in suburban Andheri which was closed for vehicular traffic since last 47 years.
"The 1.5 km long road was closed for traffic due to encroachment by a housing society and others," a BMC official said.
