Board of Rane Engine Valves reappoints L Ganesh as MD

:The board of Rane Engine Valves, part of the diversified business conglomerate Rane Group, today approved the re-appointment of L Ganesh as its Managing Director.
The tenure of Ganesh would be for a period of three years with effect from April one, 2017, the city-based company said in a BSE filing.
Similarly, the Board also announced the elevation of V K Vijayaraghavan as the Chief Financial Officer.
Vijayaraghavan who joined the company as Vice-President, Finance, on February 16, 2017 was elevated as the Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect, it said.
Shares of the company ended at Rs 561.65 apiece downby 1.47 per cent over previous close in BSE.
