The boy (16) and girl (15) had gone missing from their homes yesterday and their parents had lodged a complaint with Mahewaganj police outpost.
Their bodies were found hanging from a common scarf tied to a tree in a mango orchard on the outskirts of the village.
The bodies have been sent for postmortem examination.
The couple took the extreme step as their parents were not in favor of their relationship, police said.
