Bodies of two newborns found eaten by dogs

In a horrific incident, bodies of two abandoned newborns were found eaten by dogs near a hospital in Purulia district today.
Police said visitors to the state-run Sadar hospital spotted the body of a newborn being eaten by a dog about 8 am in the premises and raised an alarm.
Another body of a newborn was found being dragged by a dog on the premises of the Zilla Parishad office near the hospital and was spotted by local people, they said.
Both the bodies were taken to the hospital, they added.
