The team, led by Gangadhar Ranmchiary, also urged the governor to intervene in clearing illegal encroachments in tribal land and to expedite dialouge with the pro-talk National Democratic Front of Bodoland (Progressive) faction.
Patnaik assured the delegation of taking up the issues with the central and state governments.
