Body found inside train compartment at Howrah station

The body of an unidentified man was found today inside the toilet of an empty train compartment at Howrah station, Government Railway Police said.
The body of the man, aged around 40-years, was found by the cleaning staff when they were engaged in cleaning a general compartment of the Dn Falaknuma Express, said a senior GRP officer.
The victim had a woollen vest tied around his neck. The body has been sent for post mortem and investigations have started to trace whereabouts of the victim and reason behind his death, the officer added.
