Body of a 25-year-old woman found

The body of a middle-aged woman with injury marks all over the body was found in the Alimuddin Street area of Kolkata today, the police said.
According to the police, she had injury marks on her neck, cheek and other parts of the body.
The unidentified woman was killed and then the body was thrown on the footpath, the police said adding it was sent for post mortem.
"We are also looking into the CCTV footage of the area," the police official said.
