Body of PA of former Bharathiar University VC found in river

The decomposed body of V Sathasivam, personal office assistant of former Bharathiar University Vice-Chancellor James Pitchai, was found in Bhavani river in Mettupalayam in the district today, police said.
The 34-year old Sathasivam did not return home after he left there on October three and a missing complaint was lodged in a city police station, police said.
Some passersby noticed the body stuck between rocks and immediately informed police, who recovered it and sent to Mettupalayam Government Hospital, they said.
The body was identified with the driving license from the purse, they said.
