The committee, comprising government officials and experts from medical field, chaired by deputy collector Vikas Gajare today met here.
"It was informed during the meeting that as many 31 bogus doctors were identified in rural areas since last year and action was being taken against them", an official said.
"It was suggested during the meeting that action be taken against property owners who rent their premise," he said.
District Health Officer B R Sonawane also said that action is being taken against quacks.
