Bollywood stars attend Ambanis' party for Spielberg

Several Bollywood personalities attended a party hosted here by Anil and Tine Ambani for the Oscar winning film director Steven Spielberg, who came here to celebrate the success of his movie 'Lincoln'.
The iconic Hollywood director, who is known for his landmark films like 'E.T.', 'Jurassic Park', 'Schindler's List', 'Saving Private Ryan', 'The Color Purple', 'Empire of the Sun', 'Munich', 'Lincoln', among others, has been in Mumbai for the last two days.
'Lincoln', which saw actor Daniel Day-Lewis winning his third Best Actor Oscar last month, was co-produced by Anil Ambani's Reliance Entertainment along with DreamWorks Studios.
The party was organised by Anil and Tina Ambani at their Cuffe Parade residence in south Mumbai last night.
Some of the big names from Bollywood who attended the party include megastar Amitabh Bachchan, his wife Jaya and daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai, Shah Rukh Khan's wife Gauri Khan, Preity zinta, Farhan Akhtar with sister Zoya, Kamal Haasan, Hema Malini and Anushka sharma.
Besides them, actor Riteish Deshmukh with wife Genelia, Subhash Ghai, Kiran Rao, Kajol, Karan Johar, Suniel Shetty with wife Mana, Hrithik Roshan, his wife suzzane, father Rakesh Roshan and mother Sunaina Roshan, Boman Irani, Sridevi, her husband Boney Kapoor, Shabana Azmi and Javed Akhtar, Anupam Kher and others also attended the party.
Interestingly, the leading trio of Bollywood -- Shah Rukh, Salman and Aamir -- were not present at the party.
From the field of business, ICICI bank chief Chanda Kochar, Yash Birla attended the party.
