"Bachchan Saab, Anil Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt and others have watched the film and they liked it. They even got emotional while seeing the movie and this is a compliment to the director. He has made the film with so much truth and honesty that people are moved by the film," Boman told reporters here.
Directed by Rajesh Mapuskar, 'Ferrari Ki Sawari' is the story of a single father (Sharman), who tries to fulfil his son's dream. In the film, Sharman steals a Ferrari belonging to Sachin Tendulkar.
The film is based on father-son relationship and when asked whether he believes in Father's Day, Sharman said, "We both... My father and I do not believe in father's day. I do not believe in any of these days. My father has been my hero and will always be. He is from the same profession but he has never been overbearing and has let me be."
"I am grateful that he has allowed me to be the person and actor which I have become. I want to thank him," he said.
Boman said, "I agree with Sharman... I feel you can't take out father's day as an individual day. I don't have a father but my kids tell me everyday that they love me... Even when I am not in my best mood."
"My theory is children don't do what you tell them to do, they do what you do. You have to always do the right thing because they follow you," he added.
