The three children aged between 13 and 14 years were injured when they picked up the crude bomb from a waste dump at 3:00 pm, the sources said.
One was admitted to the SSKM and the other two to the Bangur General Hospital, they said.
A bomb disposal squad was sent to the spot, they added.
