Bootlegger held in Kathua

Police have arrested one bootlegger and recovered 144 nips of illicit liquor in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir.
Rakesh Kumar of Billawar town of Kathua district was arrested last night, police said adding that a case has been registered.
